Great Spotted Cuckoo (Clamator glandarius), a spring passage migrant that breeds in Cyprus. The Great Spotted Cuckoo is a brood parasite which lays its eggs in the nest of Corvids, more often using Magpies. We observed a pair in the Mavrokolympos area already checking out the old Corvid nests.
